Mongolian teen killed in U.S. during robbery

An American high school is
mourning the death of one of its students, a 16-year old Mongolian immigrant.

Reports indicate that Ichinkhorloo
“Iko” Bayarsaikhan was with friends in a park near his Alameda California
home Wednesday evening. Police reports indicate five to six young men
tried to rob Bayarsaikhan and his friends. During the altercation, guns
were fired and Bayarsaikhan was killed.

“Every person that was with
that group of those responsible, is just as responsible as the shooter,”
Police Lt. Art Fuentes told KCBS radio. "The composite drawings,
coupled with the news coverage have really brought in a lot of helpful
information from the public.”

Students, teachers and friends
held a candle light vigil at Alameda High School to remember Bayarsaikhan.

The girl was at the park with several of her friends when a group of about six ASIAN male teenagers approached and tried to rob them at gunpoint, according to Alameda Police Department spokesman Arturo Fuentes. One of the ASIAN boys fired several shots and one of those rounds hit the girl, Fuentes said.

Interesting...Wolf really calls out the names. Do have to agree that there are likely some deep connections in the sex trade of Mongolians that would be surprising if known in full. Those who think America is dream land do often find it to be less than hospitable and often dangerous. But the more people you push into a designated space/area the more you find an increasing lack of consideration for human life. This can be seen in any country and any situation (even in the increasingly overcrowded Ulaanbaatar). Also, many Monoglians who come to the US end up violating their visa status which puts them at increased risk. For one, you often end up living in the lower income areas of the US which are often unhospitable to even native born citizens. Wolf, I do hope you find some focus in your cause. it seems sincere but slightly uninformed and misguided. Though worthy in its essential desire to stop a horrific crime of sex trade and abuse of those less able to fend for themselves. :'(
