A community of 4,000 apartments
is scheduled to be built in Ulaanbaatar.
The city government has announced
that nearly 12 hectares have been set aside in the city’s 1st khoroo
of the District area for the apartments. M&G of South Korea will
oversee the construction project.
The project is part of a larger
program calling for the construction of 40,000 apartments in the Mongolian
capital.
Besides apartments, other buildings
will house a kindergarten, school, sports complex and service center.
