Not mentioned in lists that circulated last week, Ts.Nyamdorj is reported to have been installed as Justice and Interior Minister. Nyamdorj is a controversial figure in the MPRP. He held this position twice before, during which he was accused of being a spy for China. Later he became Speaker of the House. Here he was ousted after there was some controvery over a law that he would have eduited between being approved by parliament and signed by the president.
