B.Sukhbaatar, a professor from the Mongolian University of Sciences and Technology, has been named by the American Biographical Institute as one of the "Great Minds of the 21st Century." B.Sukhbaatar is a doctor of information technologies and has published over 200 scientific papers and ten books in his field.
