Russia sponsors school for Mongolian rail workers

Russia
is sponsoring the training of Mongolian railway workers.  Staff from
the Ulaanbaatar Railways have been brought to Russia to study the
operations of domestic and international railroads. Costs for the
students are being paid by Russia.
The course includes intensive studying of the Russian language. A
ceremony for students was recently held and saw in attendance
V.Otgondemberel of the Ulaanbaatar Railways and I.V.Mitsuk, a Russian
shareholder in UB railways.
