China donates $4.2 million building to Chamber of Commerce

China has completed a $4.2
million office building that it has handed over to Mongolia. 

In ceremonies held on Monday,
Chinese officials presented the building to the Mongolian National Chamber
of Commerce and Trade (MNCCT). 

Speaking at the ceremony, Mongolian
Minister of Finance, Sangajav Bayartsogt, said the building is a symbol
of Mongolia-China cooperation and friendship.  

Construction of the building
began in May 2007.
