The government approved the creation of a new museum on Wednesday.
The History Museum of the Mongolian State will be built as part of the complex of Great Chingiss Khaan's statues and state ceremonial hall. The new museum will operate under the authority of the National Museum of Mongolia.
The new museum will include 972 exhibits valued at $260,000. Further, some $500,000 has been allocated as operating capital.
