Two Mongolian cyclists will share first place in an international competition.
Mongolia’s K.Naran and O.Tumurbaatar jointly came in first in the eighth stage of the Ho Chi Minh City Television Cycling Tournament on Wednesday.
Naran and Tumurbaatar finished the 101km leg in 2 hours 22 minutes 44 seconds with an average cycling speed of 41.195km/h.
However, South Korea’s Gong Hyo-suk holds the overall lead after the completion of the eighth stage of the competition. Gong has clocked an overall time of 19:21.33 after eight stages.
The final 161km stage from Bao Loc town to Ho Chi Minh City is today to mark Liberation Day.
The winners will share prize money of US $16,900.
