Part two
In last part, I told you that Iran's foreign affair doesn't have enough knowledgeable specialists who can be useful in developing relationship between two countries but Iran's government is really interested in enhancing its relationship with all countries.
After talking to my friends in Iran's foreign affair, I looked for finding some information in Iran's parliament. There I could find one important cultural agreement between Mongolia and Iran that refers to 36 years ago that I think is still legally active.
This agreement was signed by two countries' officials in November 28, 1973.
This agreement is in three languages, included: English, Farsi and Mongolian.
At the first of this agreement, it is written that this cultural agreement is an attempt to enhance two nations relationship and is about cooperating in culture, sport, science, art and education.
The agreement has 8 articles and most of them encourage two countries to cooperate in education and art sections and educating sportsmen and women.
It is mentioned in this agreement that two countries should try to have art galleries and fairs.
That's true that cultural relationship between two countries is not satisfactory but we have lots of historical and cultural in commons.
Just a few months ago, Nations academy of Tehran expressed its complete interest in cooperating with Mongolians to introduce their culture to Iranians, so two countries can improve their cultural and economical cooperation.
