VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT 

FOR SHORT TERM CONSULTANTS

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Mongolia announces the following 

four vacancies for short term national consultants working in a team  for final review and 

preparation of project document for the “NETWORK OF MANAGED RESOURCE PROTECTED AREAS” 

project:

1. National Team Coordinator (3 months)
2. Community Participation and Gender Specialist (1.5 months)
3. Data Analysis and GIS Specialist (3 months)
4. Economic and Financial Specialist (1 month)

Those interested in the post are requested to read carefully the comprehensive Terms of Reference (TOR) to study detailed tasks and a full list of required qualifications and requirements for the submission of application.

If you meet the qualifications of the announced vacancies, please submit the following documents as detailed in the TOR in a sealed envelope indicating the post for which you are applying by the deadline of 5pm, 29 September 2011: 

Technical proposal:

• Proposed work plan and approach, and deliverables (work plan including timeframes for activities).
• Detailed  CV of the consultant, including the consultant’s profile outlining relevant skills, experience and track record.
• Contact details for at least two current or recent clients.

Financial proposal (lump sum)(see details from the TOR)

Only short-listed candidates will be contacted. The submitted documents will not be returned to
