"Golden Rose-2005" was held on 31, December selecting this year;s top people in Mongolia in different fields. "This festival is greeting the 800th anniversary of Great Mongol Empire and also celebrating the "Golden Rose -2005" nationwide" said G.Zandanshatar, director of the Mongolian Democratic Socialist Youth's Association.

"Golden Rose -2005" selected people that stood during the last year in five fields:
  • Politics: Parliament member U.Khurelsukh
  • Administrative: Parliament member T.Gandi
  • Economy: Mrs. J.Oyungerel
  • Arts: Singer S.Javkhlan
  • Sports: B.Naranbaatar

in English it means splendour, majesty which is saying in Mongolian-English dictionary. i could use this word in english syllables like this: javh-lang (two syllables)
