Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/. The revised draft laws on the Constitutional
Court and activities for the solution of moots in the legal
institution, a draft on amending the law on administration liability
and a draft Parliamentary resolution on the oath-taking regulations of
the Constitutional Court members were discussed on Wednesday at a
regular cabinet meeting. The drafts were worked out by MP
Ts.Munkh-Orgil. The cabinet also made a decision to deliver some
proposals to MP Ts.Munkh-Orgil. The cabinet meeting discussed proposals
and conclusions for a draft law initiated by MP Ts.Munkh-Orgil on an
aid fund to render assistance to Mongolian citizens abroad. The cabinet
approved principally the draft, which aims at legally coordinating the
relations to render financial assistance to Mongolians living abroad.
