10,000 US dollar for the best idea

In Orhon province World Bank’s
“Mongolian Development Market – 2007”  competition project
implementation has started. The main purpose of this program is to improve
the delivery of social basic services to poor and vulnerable people. The selected winner will be awarded with 5-10 thousand US dollars. Manager
of the project in World Bank’s Representative Office in Mongolia,
Ms. Sunjidmaa has informed, that the project is organized jointly with
Mongolian Open Society Forum and the partners of the development market.
Also Open Society organizations, researchers, scientists, local administrations,
individuals are available to take part. Project should concern issues
like: education, health, water, electricity, environment, information
technologies, and the best ideas on the issue should be sent before
the 31st of May. The best ideas will be receive the allowance.
Author of the selected idea will be invited to the Mongolian Development
Market activity in September to be handed over the award.
