Mongolia, which may be the
country with the world's smallest Catholic population, has a new representative
of the Vatican.
It was announced last week
that Archbishop Asvaldo Padilla will become the new Apostolic Nunzio
in Mongolia. A Fillipino, Archbishop Padilla took over the Mongolian
