TOURISM HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

Tourism
is service sector that needs professional approach by well educated
managers and trained employees. Most tourism activities take place in
the National parks. This project is to strengthen vocational education
through instructor training, eventually producing capable operational
staff as well as future managers, to develop training programs of the
park rangers and state inspectors for the national parks that will
improve environmental management.

REST AREA DEVELOPMENT NEXT TO AUTOROAD
|

Main
tourism destinations locate far from each other and it is reachable by
automobiles. This project aims to setting up model rest areas
throughout auto roads from Ulaanbaatar to Rashaant of Bulgan province.
|
|
|
There
will be modern restaurant, rest rooms and comfortable rooms for any
ones need to take rest while they are traveling. Establishment of
petroleum station, water supply, electricity supply and other
infrastructure elements.

There
is not yet any infrastructure developed between towns and provinces for
these who are traveling. Tourists and tour companies are compiling
necessity of rest area.

Adventure Tour Club, Mongolian Rafting Federation is a professional
that have been providing this kind of activities for many years. They
have experience and facility and human resource to develop hard
adventures.

Every
body finds their need as there is plenty of choice: kayaking over ten
or twenty kilometers, rafting, descending through the woods by mountain
bike, caving, paintball, rifle shooting, archery, quad riding and hot
air balloon. There will be 15 different weekend programs that entertain
families and friends.

Adventure
land concentrates on 4 things: 1/the possibility of offering 25
sports/nature activities, 2/the possibility of lodging in 3 kinds of
accommodations with capacity of 250 people, 3/providing meals and
conference facilities, 4/the transport between the sites. 60% of the
customers will be companies and international organizations.

adventure sport activities. Except foreign travelers there are tendency
of increasing domestic tourism.
