The UMA regularly organizes exhibitions of Mongolian artists "Spring" by young artists, "Beautiful Mongolia" for sales and "Autumn" by artists of UMA members, "On theme" for organizing specified theme and media of art, "Best artworks of the year" for awarding the UMA prize-winner.

The Art Gallery holds one-man shows, group exhibitions of Mongolian and foreign artists every 6-13 days.
