Mongolian ethnic medicine to be on display in Beijing |

Mongolian ethnic medicine will be on display during an upcoming ethnic medicine exhibition in China.
The exhibition, to be held in Beijing from September 2-6, will highlight medical practices of ethnic peoples from throughout the region.
Mongolian medicine is reputed to cure diabetes and blood diseases. Also, Tibetan medicine is well known for effectively treating altitude sickness, digestive problems and rheumatic disease.
China has 14 medical schools that teach ethnic medicine and 195 hospitals using these treatments.
Also, the Chinese ethnic medicine industry sells over $400 million worth of medicinal products annually.
