Japanese Prime Minister Mr. Junichiro Koizumi has sent a congratulation telegram to the Mongolian Prime Minister Mr. M.Enkhbold. In this congratulation telegram, Mr. Koizumi congratulated Mr. M.Enkhbold for being appointed as Prime Minister of Mongolia and also congratulated the country on the 800th anniversary of the foundation of the Great Mongol State, which is taking place this year. He wished good health to Mr. M.Enkhbold  and a prosperous development for Mongolia. Also, Russian Prime Minister Mr. Mikhail Fradkov congratulated new Prime Minister M.Enkhbold

UPDATE:
The Chairman of the State Council of the People s Republic of China and head of Central People s Government Wen Jiabao has congratulated the Prime Minister of Mongolia M.Enkhbold. In his telegram, the Prime Minister of China tells he is satisfied with friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries, and expressed his willingness to cooperate with his Mongolian counterpart in boosting good neighboring and mutual trust partnerships of Mongolia and China in the future.
