APTECH Worldwide Mongolia Training
Center, an implementing partner of APTECH Limited, aninformation and
technology education provider of India, has commenced implementatin
of APTECH PLUS program in cooperation with the Secondary school No.
23 with intensive foreign language training of Ulaanbaatar city on October
1st of this year.
APTECH Plus program is specially
designed initiative of APTECH Limited, India, aimed at providing IT
education for students of high and secondary schools with purpose of
equipping students with basic knowledge and understanding of IT. This
program is unique as it was developed by the team of educational experts,
IT experst and child psychologists to meet intellectual and mental capacities
of children at a particular age to make learning easier to understand.
APTECH Plus program applies
3 innovative learning approaches to be used in delivering this program
to students at high schools: Experimental, where students
are able to apply on practical exercising what they have learnt in theoretical
classes; Thematical, where students of younger ages are
taught with usage of various animation tools, games and etc., to make
their learning process more adujstible to their age specifics; and
Laddered approach, where subjects get more and more difficult
along with upgradation of class levels.
Within the framework of APTECH
Plus program students will learn to work on application softwares of
MS Office, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, etc., and upon graduation
from 11th grade of a high school, students will be able to write simple
and basic software programs and develop basic websites.
Students of 5th-11th grades
of the secondary school No. 23 will be involved in APTECH Plus program
in the academic year 2007-2008. The official launching of the program
is scheduled for October 1st, 2007. As a part of preparations for the
launching, APTECH Worldwide Mongolia Training Center has organized a
training for school teachers of the school No. 23, with participation
of Mr. Pratik Desai, Territory Academic Head of APTECH Limited, India,
who is visiting Mongolia with the purpose of commencing APTECH PLUS
in Mongolia and providing methodological training for school teachers.
APTECH Worldwide Mongolia Training
Center plays a role of an implementing partner of APTECH PLUS in Mongolia,
and within the framework of cooperation agreement with the school No.
23, the center is responsible for monitoring implementation of the program,
providing consulting and advisory services for school teachers, providing
technical assistance and supplying training materials for teachers and
students of the school No.23.
