Parliament to discuss a contract for 285 million US dollars today

First steps in receiving 285 million US
dollars from MCC have been done. Yesterday discussions to approve
the contract were held by the Security and Foreign Affairs Standing
Committee. Today it has been passed to be discussed by the
parliament. 189 million USD of the total 285 million USD are planned
to be allocated to the Mongolian Railway and rest to be spent on
education and health.
USA’s MCC fund has contracts with 16
countries which have received monetary grants so far.
