Wednesday, 26 March 2008

ImageThe Mongolian mine holdings of Mega Uranium Ltd. will receive part of a $44 million investment to be spent on uranium exploration in 2008.

The Canadian-based company announced on Tuesday that it will focus on twenty sites throughout the world, including its Mongolian uranium sites at Khashaat, Baganurat and Jargalan.

Besides Mongolia, Mega Uranium has uranium mines in Australia, Canada, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, and Cameroon.

Mega's proposed exploration programs in 2008 will include a total of 82,000 meters of drilling in 20 projects, according to company officials.
