 For the 17th year,
Mongolia will set aside a day for a national celebration of all twins.
This year’s Twin festival is scheduled for April 30.
Organizers have announced the
day will include a twins’ concert, a beauty contest, sports competitions
and a party for the parents of twins.
Twins will also come together
during the day for a public demonstration in Ulaanbaatur’s central
square and they will lay a wreath at the monument of Genghis Khan.
