Lee is a Chinese name,  
Pham is a Vietnamese name  
and Kwok is also a Chinese name of cantonese speaking chinese. 
 
Cleary these our fellow Asians are trying misinform American public and scare away western investors. As a result, Chinese or Russian investors will flood into Mongolia without any competition with Western investors. They are pretending to be for US and Western interest, actually they are talking for China.
