For the second year in a row,
South Korean doctors will travel to Ulaanbaatar to offer medical care
to Mongolians.
The doctors, including specialists
and surgeons, will come to Mongolia from the Medical University of Taegu
city in South Korea. With more than 20 doctors, the group will begin
offering treatment on June 18.
A group of 22 South Korean
doctors worked in Mongolia in 2007. At that time, they performed, among
other things, surgery on 40 Mongolians free of charge.
The doctors will work in the
Unified Hospital of the Sukhbaatar district in Ulaanbaatar during their
stay.
