The city government has announced that nearly 12 hectares have been set aside in the city’s 1st khoroo of the District area for the apartments. M&G of South Korea will oversee the construction project. 

The project is part of a larger program calling for the construction of 40,000 apartments in the Mongolian capital.  

Besides apartments, other buildings will house a kindergarten, school, sports complex and service center.
