Image Mongolian archers did not qualify on Saturday to compete in this summer’s Beijing Olympics.

The qualifying event for archers, held in Boe, France, pitted the world’s finest competitive bowmen to see who would represent their countries in Beijing.

Mongolia’s top archers, J.Gantogs and B.Urantungalag, spent the day in competition, however, did not qualify for the Olympics games.

The last time Mongolia sent an archery team to an Olympics was in 1996 in Atlanta, USA.

Mongolia will send 29 athletes to this summer’s Olympics games in China.
