China seeks return to normal in Mongolia PDF Print E-mail

China has announced it hopes to see stability returned to Mongolia following Tuesday’s riots. 

During a Thursday press conference, Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao said China hopes to see increased calm in Mongolia and the continuing development of bilateral relations and normal exchanges between the two peoples. 

When asked, Liu Jianchao said no changes in Chinese security had been ordered at the China-Mongolia border.

And China's interest in this is what? Clue- its not about wishing for continued 'good relations' with Mongolia. 
 
Funny, it would seem they would want their future 'living room' to be a peaceful place to sit down in. 
 
I could only dream of the day when China would honestly MIND ITS OWN BUSINESS! It doesn't seem to be an option at this point, though.
