Mongolia hopes for triple gold at the Olympics |

Mongolia Web News, Ulaanbaatar - Today will see Mongolia double their Olympic medals in the Beijing Games as 2 boxers will play a final match in the Men's Light Fly and Men's Bantam categories. PUREVDORJ Serdamba will compete for a gold medal with China's ZOU Shiming in the 48kg category of Light Fly, while ENKHBAT Badar-Uugan will take on Cuba's LEON ALARCON Yankiel in the 54kg Bantam. After Judoka Tuvshinbatyar winning Mongolia's first gold medal earlier this games and Gundegmaa securing silver in the Women's 25m Pistol, the countr can be sure they will double their medals from 2 to 4, but everyone hopes for the miracle of triple gold. The matches will be held at 13.30h and 14h local time. On paper Serdamba is going to have the most difficult match. His opponent defeated Ireland's Paddy Barnes in the semifinal 15:0, while Serdamba practicaly drawed with the strong Cuban Hernandez.
