Ulaanbaatar will host The Fifth Tourism Forum of North-East Asia from October 15-17. Mongolia is hosting this event for the first time.

Some 240 representatives from Mongolia, China, Russia, South Korea and North Korea will come together to discuss regional tourism issues.

Specifically, meetings will discuss topics including "North-East Asia," "Cooperation with the Mongolian Tourism Sector," and "Tourism Developments in Tumen Region."

The Ministry of Environment and Tourism, along with the Governor’s Office of Ulaanbaatar, is sponsoring the conference.
