Indonesia seeks to improve ties with MongoliaAn Indonesian official is currently seeking opportunities to strengthen ties with  Mongolia. 

Indonesian Ambassador to China and Mongolia Sudrajat is currently on a three-day visit to Mongolia to discuss strengthening governmental and business contacts between the two countries. 

"We are currently exploring the possibility of establishing cooperation in various fields with Mongolia to strengthen our bilateral relations," Indonesian Ambassador to China and Mongolia Sudrajat told the ANTARA news agency. 

Areas of discussion for joint projects between Mongolia and Indonesia include energy, education, trade, as well as social and cultural projects. 

"We also want to meet with Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry officials to explore the possibility of cooperation in the field of economy and trade," Sudrajat said.
