Sumo Wrestlers from Mongolia denied US visa |

Mongol Yahoo Group reports: American Sumo wrestling championship was held in LA at "Staple
Convention Center" on 4/9/06. There were wrestlers from Japan, Korea,
Bulgaria, Norway, Germany, Holland, USA (CA, Arizona, NM, Nevada,
Oregon, Hawaii, Idaho, Illionis, Virginia, NJ, NY and Florida) and
Mongolia. World Champion Sukhbat and team of wrestlers were supposed to
participate in the competition but unfortunately the US Embassy refused
them visa to enter the US. However, volunteer-wrestlers who live in the
states participated in this championship and they scored 6 times. Go to
