VACANCY NOTICE
Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH seeks to recruit a qualified professional for the following position:
National Administrative Officer The National Administrative Officer will work with and under the supervision of the Technical Advisor for the Khangai Nuuru project. The project is part of a broader program on Conservation and Sustainable Management of Natural Resources with a head office in Ulaanbaatar. Duty station is Tsetserleg (Arkhangai Aimag).
Tasks and responsibilities In close cooperation with the program head office in Ulaanbaatar the National Administrative Officer will be responsible for:
All aspects of project administration, such as bookkeeping and financial administration Assisting with the drafting and translating of contracts Assisting with procurement Support logistics for the preparation of fieldwork
Requirements Proficiency in written and spoken English Relevant university degree At least 2-3 years of working experience in office management, bookkeeping or similar field Excellent computer skills (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint) Proactive and reliable personality, good interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of German language is not required but would be an asset
