Mongolia Web News, Ulaanbaatar. A Chinese residence near the Narantuul "black" market, in Ulaanbaatar was shaken up on Sunday April 30. Gas was released at one of the entrance of a building in the district. The gas caused residents to not be able to breathe and some of them fainted. The City Emergency office couldn’t determine if a crime was involved, partly because gas vaporates easily, so no sample could be taken. But at the time of the gas release one women saw three guys who were laughing and escaped from the building.
