Open Days Mongolia's Ministry of Education, Culture and Science

Mongolia Web News, Ulaanbaatar. From May 11 until May 13, the Mongolian Ministry of Education, Culture and Science holds open days . The event started at 11:40 am (according to the traditional zodiac the hour of the horse) with performences of Mongolian State honored artists N.Suvd and G.Ravdan.
The aim of the events is to approach and introduce ministry’s activities and policies to the people, to give information and to ask and exchange people’s opinion.
Today, the first day of event, people met with culture and art artists. At 12:30pm, artists of Dramatic theatre performed sample performances which perform for the 800th anniversary of foundation of Mongolian Great Empire. Also, 80 long song singers and 80 horse fiddlers also belonging to the 800th anniversary, performed their arts. And held performs of Opera and Dance ensemble, State puppet theatre and National circus artists and national clothing show, on Sukhbaatar square. The square became, after a period of protests and disruptions, a place for celebration.
Tomorrow, (on May 12), theministry will more educational activities of education and science, and people can get a wide scope of information about entrance examinations to institutes and universities.
On the third day there will be held performances of students of Mongolian Cultural University, Dance and Music College, and kindergarten children.
