Explosion at construction site in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia PDF Print E-mail

On May, 20, suddenly a building still under construction caused an explosion in the center of Ulaanbaatar city.  In several media it was reported that the explosion was that strong that over a hundred windows of family apartments which are near the building were broken. 

The Water Supply Center of Chingeltei district ordered to build this building. A ger which was used as a residence for the chinese workers rest room was inside of building and there were 5 chinese workers. Fortunately, no one was injured.

The Central Intelligence Center is investigating the events.
