Yesterday around 12.00 p.m. "Resolute Reform" Movement demonstrated against raising public transport fee. Demonstrators held slogans saying "Poor Passengers shouldn't walk" and "Enkhbold, Badamjunai and Purevdorj who used transportation budget allocated by the govenment to their own business, come out and resign ". And they wanted to enter the Municipality Building but were stopped by security. Chairman of the movement S. Ganbaatar entered along with some people, where they had a meeting with Ulaanbaatar City Mayor Ts. Batbayar presenting their statement which indicated leave the public transportation fee as how it was /200 tugrug/. The Mayor promised that he will send to official letter to public transportation companies under jurisdiction of Municipality from 13 January transportation fee should be 200 tugrug per passenger.
