Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/. UB Mayor Ts.Batbayar met on Tuesday with WB Resident Representative in Mongolia Mr. Saha Meyanathan. The latter reported that he worked for five years and five months in Mongolia. "Now, I am going back to my country. Therefore, Arshad Sayed will continue my mission," he said. "I have completed my work, but I will always be in touch with you. I will still work toward deciding urgent issues of Ulaanbaatar City," Meyanathan underlined.

Akira KAMIMURA, lecturer, faculty of Mongolian studies, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies launched an innovative website on old Mongolian manuscripts maps in cooperation with the state archive of Mongolia. It contains 16 precious maps which are stored at the state archive for academic use. The oldest map was estimated being made in 1803-1805.
