Native Tsataan Reindeer people hold cultural and shamanic festival |

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/. Tsaatan Festival will be organized on August 26-27 in Khovsgol Province
by the Ministry of Roads, Transportation and Tourism, the Governor s
Office in the province and the Mon Travel Company. Within the framework
of the festival, traditional performances, exhibition and competitions
will be launched and a scientific conference with the theme of "Tsaatan
s Civilization and Customs of Shamanism" will be run as well.
Approximately 200 foreign tourists will attend the event according to
the organizers. More than 10 tsaatans from the Tsagaannuur soum in the
province will also participate in it
