EU Relief for Mongolia Export Products to be Discussed PDF Print E-mail

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The Mongolian Ministry of Trade and Industry together with the National Chamber of Trade and Industry, and the International Trade Center will organize a training-seminar on November 3-4 in Ulaanbaatar under the theme Benefits, advantages and real conditions to be provided to Mongolian businessmen under the revised general relief system of the European Union. Starting from July 1, 2005, Mongolia has been provided with an opportunity of customs-duty free export of 7,200 kinds of products to the European market. Mongolia's export products consist mainly of cashmere, cashmere clothes and items, intestines of sheep and goat and unprocessed gold. The EU relief also involves all kinds of stitched and textile products, hides and skins, fur articles, wool, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, wooden items, electronic goods, carpets, copper, copper products, iron and iron products.
