Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Delegates headed by the Governor of Bayan-Ulgii Aimag (province), O. Habsatar have recently paid a working visit to Kazakhstan at the invitation of the Governor of the East Kazakhstan Region, V. V. Khrapunov. Issues related to the development of bilateral ties in education, sciences and cultural spheres were discussed during the visit. The two sides reached an agreement to have 120 people of Bayan-Ulgii Aimag annually study in construction, agricultural, farming, veterinary and service sectorss with financing from the region. They also agreed to organize qualification improvement trainings for teachers in relevant high schools of the Kazakh Region with the involvement of the Aimag's educational and cultural departments, to help doctors exchange experiences and to render assistance by providing medical equipment to the Aimag. The running of auto-road between Usti, Kamenogorsk and Ulgii was one of the activities, planned for the development of bilateral collaboration and the establishment of direct relations between the relevant sectors organizations.
