The U.S HPM Company will implement a project for the improvement of
apartments supply under the goal to realize the general plan on the
Ulaanbaatar City development until 2020. Many activities will be
carried out within the scope of the project--to provide suburbs with
buildings and apartments, to reconstruct the buildings in the City
center, and to erect apartments in ger areas. Moreover, a possibility
will be created to reduce air pollution by ways of building engineering
constructions, lowering prices of apartments, and providing the urban
citizens with cheap dwelling. The project was signed on Tuesday by the
"Project finance service" Group and the Ulaanbaatar City Mayor Mr.
Ts.Batbayar.
