Apartment prices in Ulaanbaatar are reported to have fallen in recent months.

Realtors indicate that a three-room apartment which previously cost $70,000 to $78,000, fell in September to $65,500.

Observers have blamed falling apartment prices on the inability to obtain bank loans combined with new apartment buildings offering more apartments onto the market.
