Fuel prices are expected to drop in Mongolia after Russia begins selling petroleum to Mongolia at reduced pricing.
Officials have announced that as of November 16, A-80 type petroleum will be reduced by 194 USD per ton, A-92 petroleum by 171 USD and diesel fuel by 217 USD. This reduction will equal a 15 to 20 percent decrease over earlier prices.
Officials expect Mongolian consumers to see a drop in their cooking, heating and auto fuel costs as a result of this price reduction.
