AÂ Netherlands'Â development programme aimed at encouraging investment in emerging markets including Mongolia announces a new tender.
The Private Sector Investment Programme (PSI) is a programme of the Netherlands' government ( EVD: Agency for International Business and Cooperation and the Ministry of Development Cooperation) that supports innovative investment projects in emerging markets in Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America.
A PSI project is an investment project, implemented by a Netherlands' company together with a local company. If this investment meets the criteria, it can be eligible for a grant by PSI. This grant consists of a financial contribution to the costs of the investment. The second PSI Regular tender is now open for 45 countries worldwide. The deadline for submitting your project proposals is 24 August 2009, 17:00 hours CET. The deadline for the fourth PSI Plus tender will be 5 October 2009, 17:00 hours CET.
PSI is a grant programme of the Netherlands government for new Joint Venture Companies between Netherlands and Mongolian companies. The grant programme is for projects of maximum 1.5 million Euro and will cover 50% of the costs of the project.
