The Ministries of Environment, and of Education, Culture and Science
discussed an issue of developing their cooperation for nature
conservancy at a meeting held Tuesday under the theme ''Strengthening
nationwide the environmental education''. There was special attention for the traditional ways that Mongolia has been taken care of the environment.
The meeting was attended by
more than 40 delegates from ten international organizations,
environmental NGOs, civil movements, and secondary school teachers.
The event was jointly organized by the abovementioned ministries, the
Swiss International Development Agency, and the ''World Bank's Netherlands-Mongolia Trust Fund for Environmental Reform''.
