Mongolian scientists are displaying their inventions at an exhibition in Ulaanbaatar.
The exhibition, called "Nano Mon 2008," allows scientists to present a wide-range of inventions including Mongolian scientists' super computers, electric power stations working on hydrogen, medicines made from horse bones powdered at a molecular level, and many other nano tech-based inventions.
In all, over 30 new products ready for production were exhibited.
Mongolian scientists note that one of the urgent problems Mongolia is confronted with is desertification as 70 percent of the total territory of Mongolia is endangered. Scientists report that fodder and fine plants are effective in combating desertification and requested government assistance in this research.
