Programs are being introduced to assist rural Mongolians.

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has announced they have funded a program to teach nine farmers methods to boost animal husbandry, enlarge vegetables growing and create bee-keeping businesses. The program is being held in Selenge aimag's Shaamar soum.

Another organization, "World Vision," is working with 70 rural families on a "Seed and tools-3" project. This ten-year project allows families to receive seeds and agricultural equipment to develop a family business.
