Mongolia’s President has spoken out strongly on behalf of the world’s smaller countries during an international form.

Speaking at the first World Policy Conference in Evian, France, President Nambaryn Enkhbayar said smaller countries must find their own way as they enact reforms.

“Small countries have a better chance of developing in a complex world,” said President Enkhbayar, but only if they are ready to “change themselves.”

Small countries must not allow themselves the luxury of having expensive and inefficient governments or bad relations with their neighbours, and should carry out “changes” and strong “rule of rights” as their recipe for success, said the Mongolian President.

The conference, which has drawn leaders from around the world, is sponsored by the European Research Institute.

now that is interesting...Mongolia Web should do a full story...no, really, it's good info...seariously.

anyway, nice speech...hey there was a man who's car got hit while parked. he got the video tape from the hotel (after paying a small fee to see it). then was able to get the police to take a look at the tape (after paying the police a small "fee"). then that same man was able to get the police to pursue the matter (after another small fee). last, the man was able to get the court to bring the person driving the car in the hit and run to court (after another "fee")...oh yea, nice sounding speech...anyway the moral of this story is that the man should ride a bike resulting in a lesser chance of getting his car hit and having to pay exorberant (spelling?) amounts of $$ to get the case pushed forward. thats what you get for destroying the environment you fool...should have rode a bike to that new monument of chingis. i hear the view is nice. oh yea, nice speech...

Bottled water costs 200 times more energy to get it to the consumer...; To make the plastic, the bottle, transport it, shelve it, sell it, every step costs energy, thereby creating co2, as well as other pollution, which will eventually kill you, and us all.
So, there you go, Eco-I-carry-my-own-water-bottle-hippy.

this is true...hey, isn't that where they make the bottled water?...does Coke own that?
You know research has shown that bottled water is actually worse for you than tap...though that was not researched in MGL.
Darkhan actually has pretty good water. Probably better than New York which was still rated better than bottled.

Oh yea, nice speech...
