MonInfo, Mongolia reports: A petition from leaders of the National Soyombo Movement stating that the new Mineral Resources law of Mongolia has broken the constitution is undergoing discussion at the Constitutional Court of Mongolia, according to a court official.

Ganbaatar explained his basis how the new Mineral Resources Law broke the constitution, “On 5.1 of article 5, ‘Mineral resources, which are being under the natural formation and under the earth’s surface in Mongolia, are property of the State’.” Read more at MonInfo.
